If you need to upload your child's immunization records, please follow these steps.

1. After you log in click Enrollments at top right side of the page
2. Click Order History
3. Find your most recent order at the top of the list and click the down arrow to the left of it
4. Click the 3 dots on the right side under the “Actions” column
5. Click Registration Form
6. Click Edit
