Parent Express: The Art of Fatherhood Spring

Are you Anxious, Avoidant or Secure in your Attachments?  Come learn how to increase your capacity for connection with those you love most.  We've got some great discussions lined up all month with facilitators Paul Song, Matt Allen, Robert Cha, Ron Chiu, and David Lamb.

Dads of all ages and stages will learn from the popular book:  ATTACHED by Dr. Levine and Rachel Heller which reviews 3 types of attachment styles and how this knowledge can help us increase our own ability more deeply with our children, spouse, and even ourselves.

Come hang out with other dads, share your experiences, and pick up some practical advice in a relaxed setting as we tackle the real issues with real talk- no pressure, just good company and useful tips!

Class registration includes pizza & beer dinner at 6:15pm and class starts from 7-8:30pm.  

Participants will each receive a copy of the book ATTACHED.
