Parent Express: The Art of Fatherhood Fall

This fall, we're diving into Jonathan Haidt's new book, The Anxious Generation, and tackling how technology impacts our families. We'll explore practical advice on how to manage the challenges related to technology that contribute to strained relationships, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

We've got some great discussions lined up all month! On September 11 our session will be led by Pastor Paul Song, who's not only a Pastoral Associate in Intercultural Ministries but also a dad to daughter, Chloe. Then, on September 18, Dr. Broderick Leaks, an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Faculty in Residence at USC as well as dad of two, will share his insights from years of working with young adults. The first and last weeks will be facilitated by Matt Allen, Robert Cha, Ron Chiu, and David Lamb.

And don't worry, we'll have pizza and beer! Come hang out with other dads, share your experiences, and pick up some practical advice in a relaxed setting as we tackle the real issues with real talk- no pressure, just good company and useful tips!
