This class is for parents with children born between 12/2/12 and 12/1/14. Children will enjoy creative craft projects, song and story time, opportunities for indoor and outdoor imaginative play, and creating new friendships. An experienced Parent Education teacher leads discussions about raising your preschooler using “Whole Brained, Whole Hearted” parenting strategies. Topics include preparing your child for Kindergarten, raising an emotionally intelligent child, mindful parenting and raising happy children who thrive. The annual Christmas Pageant, Easter egg hunt, scrapbook project with photos, art projects and fun adult crafts and art journaling will be a cherished memory of this sweet season of life together. Teacher Assistant works closely with the children in a caring and creative manner to facilitate confidence and comfort during class and discussion times. Parents separate for discussion time.
